Fellowship's Learning Journey
Projects Immersion and Implementation (Months 1-5)
- • Government & Private Sector Onboarding: Fellows integrate into host agencies and organizations, gaining an in-depth understanding of departmental structures, strategic objectives, and innovation needs.
- • Project Roadmapping: Working closely with mentors and team leads, participants formulate detailed project plans, identifying key milestones, success metrics, and resource requirements.
- • Hands-On Execution: Fellows apply the principles of decision intelligence, AI, and systems thinking to real-world challenges, developing and testing solutions within their host organizations.
- • Iterative Feedback Loops: Fellows present interim findings and prototypes to stakeholders, refining strategies based on user feedback and institutional needs.
- • Solution Optimization & Scaling: Fellows fine-tune their solutions for broader adoption, ensuring readiness for scale-up across multiple departments or partner organizations.
- • Impact Measurement & Reporting: Using structured frameworks, fellows evaluate social, economic, and operational outcomes, demonstrating the tangible value added to their host institutions.
Program Summit (Month 6)
- • Transition & Sustainability Planning: Fellows outline sustainability strategies, policy recommendations, or handover processes to ensure their work continues to thrive beyond the fellowship.
- • Culmination & Graduation: The internship placements conclude with a recognition ceremony where fellows present their final projects, showcasing breakthroughs and lessons learned to a wider audience of government officials, private sector leaders, and innovation stakeholders.
