Design Challange

To encourage innovation and awareness amongst aspiring entrepreneurs and leaders (ages 18-25) in Mombasa County through the Mombasa Plastics Prize challenge by Challenge Works, by inspiring the development of solutions that tackle the problem of plastic waste mismanagement within informal settlements.

Innovation support from problem-framing to validating viable business ideas through financial and non-financial capacities

Program design of a 6-month incubator program to transform 9 high potential innovations into viable businesses.

Designing impact evaluation strategies and tools

14 viable business ideas across innovation, behavioural change and recycling themes
