Sarah Mpapuluu

Sarah is passionate about people, social change and innovation. She is keen on working on projects where she engages in research and designing with communities and end-users of design. She has over four years of experience conducting research and design projects across the African continent. At ThinkPlace she worked on various projects engaging with people from vulnerable and challenging or hard to reach contexts across Africa.
She has also engaged in capacity building projects to train young men and women in the continent on design thinking skills. With a professional background in Development studies and knowledge of behavioral design, she can identify key behavioral traits for understanding people and provide insights to build interventions that influence context-friendly outputs in programming work.
