IDI's Role & Contribution
IDI served as the design and technical co-creation partner—mapping user needs with foreign-service officers, facilitating co-design to define the core use case, and leading development of an AI-enabled prototype that supports negotiators with synthesized briefs, modeled counterpart positions, and strategic talking points.
Our Approach
We combined stakeholder interviews and co-design workshops with rapid prototyping—building an AI-driven assistant integrated with secure country-policy databases and trained on historical negotiation transcripts.
