IDI's Role & Contribution

IDI has been serving as the design and innovation lead—structuring and facilitating the capacity-building journey, equipping teams with practical tools and coaching, convening cross-disciplinary expertise, and strengthening business strategy, storytelling, and (where relevant) technical readiness.

Key Insight

Three interlocking failures created a system where continuity of care was structurally impossible.

Our Approach

We applied IDI’s holistic, human-centred and systems-led methodology—grounded in behavioural insights and service design—through “learning-by-doing” sprints that combined ecosystem and user research, problem framing, ideation, rapid prototyping, user testing, and pitch/business model refinement, reinforced with mentorship clinics and continuous feedback loops.

Startups and innovators emerged with clearer value propositions, stronger business models, and more investable outputs—ranging from refined prototypes and pitches (MPP, BeGreen), to entrepreneur growth and funding readiness (FFA), and structured Phase 2 technical assistance for AI teams resulting in demo-ready MVPs and investor materials.
